Cookies D.C. Opens Friday, July 11th

D.C., the wait is over.

On Friday, July 11th, we're opening the doors to Cookies D.C. This has been a long time in the making, and as our co-founder and CEO Berner says, "Opening our first Cookies store in our nation's capital is a dream come true."

We’re pulling up on U Street at 1115 U St. NW, and we're bringing our signature genetics with us. With flower such as Gary Payton, Blueberry Banana, That Badu, and more, plus a premium line of vapes and pre-rolls, this menu is heating up!

To mark the occasion, we're hosting a block party starting at 11 a.m. Come through for live music, and exclusive drops. The energy in the city is undeniable. "D.C.’s cannabis industry is in an exciting period of transition,” says James Kahn, CSO of Takoma Wellness and owner of Cookies D.C. “The legacy and regulated markets have merged, and the City has never been more supportive.”

The night continues with the official after-party at Privilege DC Nightclub. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for a live show headlined by Noochie. "When I think of the Cookies brand, I think of the face of cannabis culture,” says Noochie. "It’s the one name everybody knows from the streets to the storefronts... It just makes sense on U Street.” Joining him will be Annamvze, 4k Tommy, RAVEN$ORAW, and Pearlz.
